1. What Townlet is

Townlet is a local discovery guide. We list places and events; we don't sell tickets, take bookings or process payments, and we aren't a party to any transactions or arrangements you make with a business or another member.

2. Accuracy and Data Sources

Content on Townlet comes from multiple sources:

• Editorial content: Checked by our team.
• Open data: Imported from public sources (like the FSA or OpenStreetMap). These are provided "as is" and may not have been manually verified by us.
• User submissions: Provided by the community or business owners.

Always check directly with a venue before travelling. We cannot accept liability for errors, cancellations, or out-of-date information.

3. Your Account and Submissions

• Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information.
• Only submit content you have the right to share (including photos). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, edit, and publish it on Townlet.
• We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any submission that doesn't meet our community guidelines.

4. Small Tables

Small Tables are member-organised meet-ups in public venues. Townlet does not vet members, host events or supervise meet-ups. You take part at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and following our safety guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-copy Townlet content without permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, impersonate others, or send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, Townlet is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under English law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7. Changes and Contact
